Patient Billing

Please take a moment to read our Financial Policy as a new patient. We accept Visa, MasterCard, CareCredit, and Cash for your convenience. Payment is due at the time of dental services. If you have dental insurance, we'll estimate your co-payment, which is due during each visit. Regardless of insurance coverage, you will be responsible for all fees for treatment and procedures completed in our office.

Monthly statements will reflect insurance and personal payments. If insurance payment is delayed, we'll bill you for the outstanding balance. Prompt payment is appreciated, and refunds will be issued once insurance pays. Paying outstanding balances in full is encouraged to be cost-effective and avoid additional billing costs and late penalties.

We offer CareCredit for financing dental treatment with various payment plans ranging from 0-18 months. For account inquiries, please contact our office, and we'll be glad to assist you.
